Manage Contact Access
To enable mobile app access for a contact, use the Contact Finder to open the Contact Detail View and click on the Manage Contact Access button (Figure1):

In the Contact Access screen (Figure 2) click on the Enable Contact Access button, which will send an email to the contact providing them with setup instructions along with their username and password.

Note that once a contact has been granted access, the Contact Access screen will change the first button to display Disable Contact Access (Figure 3):

In addition, once a contact has been granted access, the
second and third buttons on the Contact Access screen are enabled, allowing you
to select Send Password Reset as well as Resend Setup Email. In
both cases, an automated email is sent to the contact. The Send Password Reset option generates
an email that allows the contact to reset their password, while Resend
Setup Email resends the email originally sent when the Enable Contact
Access button was clicked. Either option returns a confirmation message showing
that the email will be sent shortly (Figure 4):
