Contact Available Views

At the top of the Contact screen, the Available Views button gives you the flexibility to see contacts from different perspectives. Each view is tailored to include the most relevant fields for an optimized display of the contact.

To access these views from the Contact screen, click the Available Views button (Figure 1):

The Available Views button opens a dropdown that allows you to choose the view that best suits your needs (Figure 2):

The following is a synopsis of each view:

Client Full View – an extended view containing pipeline management fields and contact info including addresses, emails, and phone numbers. This view also captures financial data - for example, Monthly Income, Employment Status, Credit Score, etc. (Figure 3):

The Client Full View also includes tabs that focus on different types of client information:

  • Loans – a detailed collection of loan and loan scenario data.
  • Activities – tasks, emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Files – various types of documents associated with the contact and loan can be accessed and organized into folders.
  • Custom Fields – fields that are not native to Mortgage Manager, but make sense for your organization.
  • Social Media – displays the latest content from your contact’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.

Client View – this is the default view used to add and display your contacts and is designed to provide you with an optimized layout that combines general contact data along with the most current loan transaction in a single tab. It also provides the ability to add, edit, and copy loans directly from the Contact General tab.

Note that the Loans tab contains the full details for all your contact’s loan transactions and changes are dynamically updated between the Loans tab and the Loan section in the General tab (Figure 4):

Contact Quick View – gives you a basic CRM view of the contact, with emails, phones, and addresses featured on the right, and pipeline management fields on the left as well as access to your Custom Fields. (Figure 5):

Mortgage Application View – allows you to quickly fill out a loan application for your client and includes important sections such as Loan Details, Income, Liabilities, dynamically calculated debt ratios and access to the complete 1003 form. Credit can also be run from the General tab for supported credit providers.

This is a great way to capture the application prior to exporting it to your LOS (Figure 6):

Referral Partner View – geared toward Referral Partners and the key fields that you need to see at a glance when adding or viewing these specific types of contacts.

Note that many of the fields mirror those that you would find on a business card, including Title, Company, License, etc. (Figure 7):

You can switch among the various views by using the Available Views button in the Contact screen. Additionally, you can use the View Detail button from Contact Finder to choose the view that best suits your needs when you open the selected contact.
