You can change the way your name displays on text messages sent within Mortgage Manager. For example, a person named Sidney Preston might go by Sid, and it is possible to accommodate that.

Go to Utilities – My User Profile (Figure 1):

Edit your SMS Display Name as needed and click Save on top (Figure 2):

You can edit your SMS Display Name so that your name shows exactly as you would like on your text messages.
