Add Chat Messages to Drip Campaigns  

You can add Chat Messages to your drip campaigns within Mortgage Manager. Start by choosing Add Campaign from the Marketing Menu Group (Figure 1):

From the New Campaign dialog, choose Client Campaign and click OK (Figure 2):

Type in a Name (“Sample Chat Message Campaign” in this example) and click Save (Figure 3):

Note that the Status defaults to Pending. Click on the field to change the Status to Active, then click Add on the right side of the screen and choose Scheduled Chat Message (Figure 4):

In this example, we want the text message to out immediately, so we will set Activity Is Due to zero days after the campaign is assigned. In the User Role field, choose Contact Owner, which is usually the Loan Officer (Figure 5):

Choose your recipients by clicking on the To field (Figure 6):

Click on Client / Borrower and click OK (Figure 7):

Note that the To field now shows Client / Borrower as the recipient. You can choose Select Template to pick from preset SMS templates, or just type your text into the message body. Click Save and then click on the X to close the current window (Figure 8):

Now we will select the Campaign from within a contact. From the Main Menu Group, choose Contact Finder (Figure 9):

Click Find Now and select a contact (Figure 10):

In the Contact Detail screen, click on Campaigns (Figure 11):

Click on the Sample Chat Message Campaign on the left side, click on Assign Campaign, then click on Close (Figure 12):

Notice that Chat Messages do not show up the way that emails do in the Activities section. Instead, the Chat Channels section will show them. Click Save and then X out and reopen the contact. Note that the Chat Message appears on the right side (Figure 13):

The ability to send Scheduled Chat Messages within drip campaigns gives you another powerful way to stay in front of your clients.
