Add a Letter (Web)

To add a Letter, start by clicking on Activities within a Contact (Figure 1):

In the Activities screen, click on Letter (Figure 2):

You will usually choose Select Template when composing a Letter (Figure 3):

You can choose one of the templates from the dropdown or click Browse to view the full list (Figure 4):

You can edit the body of the letter and the Subject as needed, then click Draft or OK to Send (Figure 5):

Especially when combined with a well-crafted plan for using templates, messages of all types, including Letters, can be automated while also easily customizable.
