Add a Note (Web)

To add a Note, start by clicking on Activities within a Contact (Figure 1):

In the Activities screen, click on Note (Figure 2):

For a quick, basic Note, you can type a short Subject and any other details in the area below, then click either Draft or OK to Send (Figure 3):

If the Note is more complex, you can type as much as you need into the Details section toward the bottom.
