Contact Finder (Web)

This tutorial explains how to use Contact Finder, located in the Vertical Menu (Figure 1):

(Figure 1: Main Menu - Contact Finder)

This is the fully-expanded view of Contact Finder, which we will compare with a more collapsed view after using the finder (Figure 2):

(Figure 2: Contact Finder - Expanded - Blank)

A typical quick search would be to type part of the First Name and Last Name and click Find (Figure 3):

(Figure 3: Contact Finder - First Name - Last Name - Find)

Within the Results section, click on Edit, the first icon on the left (Figure 4):

(Figure 4: Contact Finder - Results - Edit)

Clicking on Edit opens the Contact screen (Figure 5):

When you re-open Contact Finder, it defaults to the collapsed view, in which you can simply type in a new First Name and Last Name, or you can click on the arrow to expand the view (Figure 6):

(Figure 6: Contact Finder - Collapsed - Expand Arrow)

The expanded view lets you see every search field (Figure 7):

Note that there are several search fields, including Status, Lead Source, etc., giving you multiple options for finding contacts.
