Referral Partner Automated Pipeline Report

The weekly Referral Partner report automates your reporting capability. Start by activating the Referral Partner Marketing Tracks. Once Marking Tracks are selected in your User Profile, you will be able to use the Contact screen to select the Referral Partners that receive the weekly report and the Clients that will be included in the report. Choose My User Profile from the Utilities Menu Group (Figure 1):

Click on the Mortgage tab (Figure 2):

In the Client Marketing Tracks section, select Share Client on Referral Partner App and Report (Figure 3):

In the Business Contact Marketing Tracks section, select Send Automated Referral Report (Figure 4):

Choose the Referral Partners that you would like to receive the report. From the Main Menu Group, choose Contact Finder (Figure 5):

Type in part of the First Name and Last Name, then click Find Now (Figure 6):

Select the contact from the Results Grid (Figure 7):

In the contact record, set Status to Referral Partner and check Send Automated Referral Report in the Marketing Tracks section (Figure 8):

Choose the Clients that you would like to be included in the weekly report by selecting each Client in Contact Finder, then setting the Referral Contact to the Referral Partner that gave you this lead. Then check Share Client on Referral Partner App and Report in the Marketing Tracks section (Figure 9):

Once you have setup this link between a Client and Referral Partner, they will be included in the weekly report if any of these conditions are true:

  1. The Client has a Referral Partner Note entered in the last 30 days.
  2. The Client's current loan has a Loan Status Date in the last 30 days.
  3. The Client was added by the Referral Partner (using the Partner App) in the last 30 days.
  4. A chat message was added (using the Partner App) in the last 30 days.
