How to Open Your Dashboards

Many users have a dashboard that auto-loads at startup. If you have closed your dashboard and need to re-open it, open the Marketing Menu Group from the Vertical Menu and choose File Explorer (Figure 1):

(Figure 1: Marketing Menu Group - File Explorer)

For this example, we will open the Loan Officer General Dashboard, which is commonly used, but note that this same procedure can be used to open any other dashboard.

In the File Explorer screen, click on the Dashboards folder in the Company Wide section, then click on Loan Officer General Dashboard, then click View this File (Figure 2):

Another way to re-open a dashboard that you had previously opened is to use the History feature by clicking on History in the Vertical Menu and then clicking on Dashboard (Figure 3):

Note that the History feature only works for dashboards that you have already opened. If you would like to open a new dashboard that you have not previously opened, then the File Explorer method is the way to go.

Although this example uses the Dashboards folder, you may also have dashboards stored in other locations, such as My User Folder, and you can use File Explorer to open them as well.
