Seller’s (Listing) Agent – Post Close Follow Up

One often overlooked source of referral business lies with the seller’s (aka listing) agents from your recently closed loan transactions. Something as simple as a follow up phone call to the agent shortly after the loan closes can pay big dividends in the long run.
