Activating a Texting Phone Number  

To use Mortgage Manager’s two-way texting feature, you must first activate a texting phone number. To begin, open User Manager from the Admin Tools Vertical Menu Group (Figure 1):

Select a user and open that record in User Manager (Figure 2):

Look for the Twilio Phone field (Figure 3):

Click on the ellipse at the end of the Twilio Phone field (Figure 4):

Type your Area Code, click Find Now, then select a phone number in your area and click OK (Figure 5):

Your selected phone number now appears in the field (Figure 6):

You are now ready to use two-way texting from Mortgage Manager.
