Mortgage Manager Mobile App - Using System User Chat
Mortgage Manager’s mobile app lets you engage in two-way messaging as seen in the example below. A Loan Officer (Sidney Preston, the Contact Owner) using the mobile app can communicate with her Loan Officer Assistant (Tamie King) who is using the desktop version. To begin, find a contact by selecting New Leads from the mobile app’s Dashboard (Figure 1):

Select a contact from the list (Figure 2):

From the contact screen, tap on Chat (Figure 3):

Tap on No Active Channels to activate channels (Figure 4):

Choose System User Channel (Figure 5):

Confirm by tapping OK (Figure 6):

Now, the Loan Officer (Sidney Preston) can add her Loan Officer Assistant (Tamie King) as a recipient. Tap within the Recipients area (Figure 7):

Select a Recipient and tap on Done (Figure 8):

Type your message and tap on Send (Figure 9):

The message arrives on the Loan Officer Assistant desktop application (Figure 10):
