Account Locked Setting
If one of your users cannot login to Mortgage Manager, it could be because of multiple errant login attempts, which can result in having the user account locked. To check whether this is the case and to resolve the issue, open User Manager from the Admin Tools Menu Group (Figure 1):

Click on Find Now (Figure 2):

Select the relevant user (Figure 3):

Look for the Account Locked checkbox, and if it is checked, uncheck it (Figure 4):

After closing and restarting the application, the user will have login access again.
