Using Role Manager to Include Users' Contacts in Monthly Enterprise Newsletter

You can set which users’ contacts to include in Enterprise Monthly Newsletters as needed. Start by choosing Role Manager from the Admin Tools Menu Group (Figure 1):

Choose Include Users’ Contacts in Enterprise Monthly Newsletter (Figure 2):

Click on the checkbox next to the user you would like to assign (Figure 3):

Notice that the user was removed from the Unassigned Users area. Click on the arrow in the Assigned Users area to expand the view (Figure 4):

The selected user is now in the Assigned Users area, so click Save (Figure 5):

This procedure lets you choose which users will have their contacts included in Enterprise Monthly Newsletters.
