Transfer a File to Cimmaron via a Support Ticket  

The best way to submit any files, including data import files, in Mortgage Manager is via a Support Ticket. The reason is that unlike an unencrypted email attachment, this type of file transfer is encrypted. Start by selecting Add Support Ticket from the Tech Support Menu Group (Figure 1):

Type a Subject line (“Data Import Files” in this example) and then click on Attach (Figure 2):

Click on Browse under the Attach dropdown (Figure 3):

Select your file and click on Open (Figure 4):

Note that your selected file appears on the list. Complete the process by clicking on Save (Figure 5):

This will securely submit your file to Cimmaron.
