Add a Loan from within a Contact (Web)

To add a new loan or scenario from within a contact, use the Loan Details section in the upper right area of the Contact screen (Figure 1):

Open the Loan Status dropdown to see the choices. We will use “Scenario” in this example (Figure 2):

Open the Loan Type dropdown, choosing “Purchase” in this case (Figure 3):

Open the Mortgage Type dropdown, choosing “FHA” (Figure 4):

Type in the Loan Amount and open the Loan Program dropdown, choosing “30 Year Fixed” (Figure 5):

In the Loan Property section, fill in the Purchase Price and Property Value fields, then open the Property Type dropdown, choosing “Primary Residence” (Figure 6):

Open the Property Description dropdown and choose “SFR-Attached” (Figure 7):

Fill in the Address fields, then click Save (Figure 8):

This procedure lets you quickly add a loan or scenario from within a contact.
