Lead data from your website or third-party lead vendors can be securely sent to your Cimmaron Mortgage Manager account through our Live Lead Integration system.

This is accomplished by creating a Lead Posting URL in the Data Import - Lead Import Settings screen. The Lead Posting URL uses a Data Map to handle mapping source fields in the lead data packet to their corresponding target fields in the Cimmaron database. This gives you complete control over how you'd like to map each source field and how you'd like to configure your pipeline management fields (Contact Owner, Client Status, Lead Source, Lead Source Description, Type, Categories, etc.).

The Data Map feature gives you many powerful tools for mapping your lead data.

  • Access to the entire Cimmaron object model including any custom fields you've added, so there should be a place in Cimmaron available for each field in your source data.
  • Option to save portions of your source data to a note field, if you don't need the ability to search for that information at a later time, then the General Notes field is a great place for an At-A-Glance view of that type of data and easy to map.
  • Transformation functionally allows you to perform on-the-fly processing of your source data as it's being mapped, so you can perform actions like splitting data (for example, split Full Name into First Name and Last Name fields), proper casing, table lookups, user-defined description mapping, etc.

Cimmaron can handle most source data types (JSON, XML, and key value pairs), so you shouldn't have any trouble posting lead data using whatever format the lead source supports.

The Lead Posting URL that you provide your vendor or website developer will use this format:

     https://www.tapapp.com/[InstallationID]/LeadImport/[PostingURLName].aspx

For example, if you wanted to create a Lead Posting URL in your system named: ContactUs and your Installation ID is: 1691021, your Lead Posting URL would be:

     https://www.tapapp.com/1691021/LeadImport/ContactUs.aspx

Much of the lead import process can also be used to distribute leads, kick-off drip campaigns, and notify your loan officers about the new lead.
